Lauren Segraves is one of the trip leaders for this trip.  Lauren has been an InsideOut leader for 2 years and currently leads junior girls.  She has never been on a mission trip before and couldn't be more excited for South Africa to be her first one!

What's the funniest thing you did as a kid that your parents still talk about to this day?

During Christmas when I was 5, I had been acting up all day at school.  My mom had always told me how bad it was to get "a switchin'" and how I didn't ever want to get one.  Well, this day I deserved the switch.  She went outside to pick out the right one and I did the only logical thing...I locked the door.  I stood by the door letting her know that I would unlock it when she put the switch down and she stood outside getting angrier by the second.  She was too mad to get close to me when I finally let her in and I fell asleep before I could ever get punished, so I somehow got away with that one!

 

 

If you knew you could not fail, what would you do? Skydive.   Do you squeeze the toothpaste from the top or the bottom? From the bottom.   What is your favorite worship song? Tough one.  Right now it's either Have Your Way by Eddie Kirkland or Lord, I Need You by Matt Maher.
