Lizzy is one of the students going to South Africa.  She is 17 and a senior at Milton High School.  She served one year in Waumba Land and has also served with a middle school group of girls in Transit for 3 years.  In her free time, she loves painting, singing and exploring.  Lizzy has been on one trip with GlobalX to El Salvador and cannot wait to serve the people of South Africa!

What's your favorite song to sing in the shower?

That's tough.  Usually I just put on Pandora and sing whatever comes on!  Recently, I sing a lot of country music.

 

What is one thing you have always wanted to do? I've always wanted to go scuba diving because I imagine it feels like being a mermaid and that would be pretty cool.   What is your favorite guilty pleasure? PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE.  It's the best thing ever   If you could thank God for one thing in your life, what would it be? Hmm.  I have so much to be thankful for but I would have to say either my family or my IO small group because they're my support group and they keep me accountable.
